Stoneham is a mixed use development in Eastleigh, Hampshire. The site comprises approximately 1200 residential units, a primary school, local centre, business and employment units and a Landmark Assisted Living building. Odyssey are involved in the infrastructure support for the flood risk assessment, drainage strategies and highways design through the planning process. We have also been commissioned in the detailed design process providing highways and drainage infrastructure designs, including sustainable drainage systems, designed in sympathy with the Capability Brown landscape features of the development.
